The W&W Group is a financial services group that originally emerged from the merger of the two long-established companies Wüstenrot and Württembergische. Financial provision represent the essence of the Group's business activities. Two divisions, nine brands and 17 companies are now part of this financial planning group. Together, they help their customers to fulfil their desire for personal development with the greatest possible security – each with their own contribution and all together.

W&W management holding
The W&W AG, based in Kornwestheim, is the listed holding company of the W&W Group. It sees itself as a strategic management holding responsible for steering the interests of the entire corporate group, coordinating all activities, setting standards and managing capital. In operational terms, the W&W AG operates almost exclusively in the field of reinsurance for the Group's insurance companies. In addition, it provides central services for the Group, for example in the area of corporate communications, and manages the service and central functions performed by its partners. The holding company's Executive Board acts in close consultation with the two business areas responsible for customer service via the Management Board.

Our Insurance division bundles insurance-related products and services. From property and casualty insurance through life and pension insurance to long-term care and health insurance – the Württembergische has for decades been a reliable partner and hence the "pillar of strength" for its customers. Within the Insurance business segment, Adam Riese is another important part of the W&W Group's sales channel mix. In this young corporate start-up of the W&W Group, insurance is rethought: simple products of high quality, consistently priced according to need and risk.

An independent company, W&W brandpool GmbH, was founded in May 2018 for the third division of the W&W Group. This subsidiary will drive the development of new products and services and coordinate them within the Group. The activities of W&W brandpool are helping to support and drive W&W’s growth course. In addition, they contribute to more diverse customer interfaces, more agility, speed and customer-oriented solutions in the W&W Group.
