Letter to shareholders regarding the change of segment
Kornwestheim, 17 September 2026
Dear shareholders,
Wüstenrot & Württembergische AG (W&W) has today resolved to apply for its shares to be listed on the open market segment Scale of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The move from the regulated market to the open market segment is expected to take effect on 6 October 2026.
This change will enable us to significantly reduce the regulatory and administrative burden associated with our stock market listing. Furthermore, we will switch from IFRS accounting to HGB, which is more in line with our focus on the domestic market.
You, our shareholders, are also set to benefit from the positive cost savings expected as a result of the segment change. The Executive Board and Supervisory Board therefore intend, assuming business develops as planned, to propose to the Annual General Meeting from 2027 onwards (relating to the 2026 financial year) a dividend of €0.75 per dividend-entitled share, an increase of €0.10 compared with previous years. In this way, we wish to share with you in the positive performance of the W&W Group and the benefits achieved through the more efficient structure.
From today’s perspective, the move to the Scale segment will not result in any restrictions for you, as shareholders, regarding the tradability of the W&W share or the fundamental ability to invest in it. In addition to its listing on the Scale segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, the share will continue to be listed on the open markets of other stock exchanges, as is currently the case, thereby ensuring that the conditions for continued, efficient and liquid trading remain in place.
The planned change of segment is therefore a move that fits in perfectly with our business and group structure, whilst at the same time giving us additional scope for the future.
We would like to thank you for your trust, your support and your loyalty to the W&W Group. We look forward to continuing our journey together in the future through open and constructive dialogue with you.
Sincerely yours,
Executive Board of W&W AG
