The W&W Group is a financial services group that originally emerged from the merger of the two long-established companies Wüstenrot and Württembergische. Financial planning represent the essence of the Group's business activities. Two divisions, nine brands and 17 companies are now part of this financial planning group. Together, they help their customers to fulfil their desire for personal development with the greatest possible security – each with their own contribution and all together.

The approximately six million customers of the W&W Group value the service quality, competence and customer proximity of the financial planning specialist, for whom some 13,000 people work. An extensive network of business partners, sales agents as well as brokerage and direct activities enables the W&W Group to reach more than 40 million people in Germany. The W&W Group will continue to focus on growth in future and has already established itself as Baden-Württemberg's largest independent financial service provider with the strongest customer base.

The holding company

Wüstenrot & Württembergische AG

Wüstenrot & Württembergische AG (W&W AG), headquartered in Kornwestheim Germany, is the W&W Group's strategic management holding company. It coordinates all activities, sets standards and manages the capital. As an individual entity, its operations are almost exclusively restricted to reinsuring the Group's insurance policies. It also renders services for the Group in various areas. W&W AG is a public company (Prime Standard).

Service and central functions

Service and central functions - We cannot do without these companies. brandpool GmbH bundles the digital activities of the W&W Group and invests in innovative, digital business models, such as Interaction Solutions GmbH, which supports its customers in the development and optimisation of digital portals and processes. W&W Informatik GmbH forms the invisible, central and digital core of our business activities as a financial services provider. Without Service GmbH, there would be no operations at our locations. And W&W Asset Management GmbH performs a central function in the investment and securities business for the W&W Group.

W&W brandpool GmbH

An independent company, W&W brandpool GmbH, was founded in May 2018 for the third division of the W&W Group. This subsidiary will drive the development of new products and services and coordinate them within the Group. The activities of W&W brandpool are helping to support and drive W&W’s growth course. In addition, they contribute to more diverse customer interfaces, more agility, speed and customer-oriented solutions in the W&W Group.

W&W Asset Management GmbH is the centre of competence for asset management within the W&W Group. It is responsible for, manages and bundles the investment and securities area throughout the Group and is thus the central platform for all matters relating to capital investment.
